Weekly Schedule

“It is a wide programme founded on the educational rights of man; wide, but we may not say it is impossible nor may we pick and choose and educate him in this direction but not in that. We may not even make choice between science and the ‘humanities.’ Our part it seems to me is to give a child a vital hold upon as many as possible of those wide relationships proper to him. Shelley offers us the key to education when he speaks of ‘understanding that grows bright gazing on many truths.’ Because the relationships a child is born to are very various, the knowledge we offer him must be various too.” CM Vol. 6 pg 157

Below you will find a sample weekly schedule for our Fall 2022-2023 tutoring program. It is still subject to change as we receive students and plan, but it will most likely look very similar. Please fill out the interest form below if you have questions or are interested in signing your child(ren) up for the upcoming year as we do have limited availability. Please also visit our main Cottage School Page for reference to our methods and Statement of Faith.

Arielle is the honored wife of Caleb and mother to four beautiful children whom she has homeschooled from the beginning. She has a B.S. in Early Elementary Education as well as a B.S. in Biblical Studies with multiple years experience in curriculum research and development. Arielle’s goal in creating Revival Acres Cottage School was to fill a gap in her local community – resources, encouragement, and accessibility to any family who wishes to homeschool their child(ren). She hopes to help parents feel confident in their decision to homeschool and provide access to the beautiful feast of learning laid out within a Charlotte Mason inspired education. Together, we can revive your home and your heart!

Passionate about all things homeschooling- Andrea is a high-energy, happy wife to Matt and a mama to Lydia. Prior to her calling to stay home after her daughter’s birth, Andrea spent over a decade working with children and families in public and private settings. This work included directing programming and providing outpatient and inpatient therapy. These experiences have further convicted her that a full, spirit-filled life and education begins at home, and with Jesus. She currently has her Masters Degree in Social Work and has specialized in Adventure Therapy. She immediately answered Arielle’s plea for help with creating our Cottage school saying; “Being involved in Revival Acres Cottage School is an answer to one of my heart’s deepest prayers.”
